Novel Distance Measures on Hesitant Fuzzy Sets Based on Equal-Probability Transformation and Their Application in Decision Making on Intersection Traffic Control

The purpose of this study is to reduce the uncertainty in calculation process on hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs). innovation unify cardinal numbers elements (HFEs) a special way. Firstly, probability density function assigned for any given HFE. Thereafter, equal-probability transformation introduced transform HFEs with different condition into same function. characteristic that higher consistency membership degrees HFEs, credibility mentioned is, then, bigger values them are. According technique, set novel distance measures HFSs provided. Finally, an illustrative example intersection traffic control show usefulness measures. also shows good complement operation theories HFSs.
